PetVet365 is a veterinarian-owned, Fear Free Certified animal hospital designed to make veterinary care less stressful for both pets and the people who love them. We believe every family deserves a welcoming experience, including individuals with autism, sensory sensitivities, communication differences, and other neurodiverse needs.
Our hospitals are intentionally designed to create a calmer environment. Appointments take place in private exam rooms, reducing exposure to loud noises, crowded waiting areas, and other common stressors. Complimentary in-hospital sensory-friendly kits are available upon request to help make visits more comfortable, and guests may also check in by phone or text to minimize time in the lobby.
As a Certified Autism Center™, our team has completed specialized training to better support individuals with autism and their families. We understand that every person experiences the world differently, so we respect individual communication preferences, sensory needs, and comfort levels while providing a welcoming, inclusive experience from check-in through checkout.
